Tracking is updated every 2โ4 hours via our driver's GPS and check-in system. Major milestone events (pickup, hub arrivals, delivery) are updated in real time.
If your delivery is delayed for any reason, you will receive an automated SMS and email notification with a revised estimated delivery time. Your dedicated coordinator will also reach out to explain the situation.
