No. We believe in 100% transparent pricing. Your written quote includes all labor, transportation, basic materials, and fuel. The only potential additional charges are for: long carry (if truck cannot park within 75 ft of your door), elevator fees, or specialty items like pianos and safes β and these are always disclosed upfront.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), ACH bank transfer, and cash. For corporate accounts, we offer net-30 invoicing. We do NOT accept personal checks or cryptocurrency.
Yes, we require a small deposit (typically $150β$300 for residential moves) to secure your moving date. The balance is due upon delivery. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before your move date.

Yes. We offer full packing services where our crew packs every item, or partial packing for specific rooms or fragile items. We supply all boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, and tape. You can also purchase our packing supply kits in advance for DIY packing.
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport: hazardous materials (gasoline, propane tanks, paint), perishable food, plants (on long-distance moves), pets, explosives, or firearms. We also recommend personally transporting important documents, jewelry, and irreplaceable items.
Our packers use professional-grade materials and custom crating for high-value items. We offer specialty services for antiques, artwork, pianos, wine collections, and electronics. Declare all high-value items before your move date so we can make proper arrangements.
Yes, and we encourage it! Being present ensures you can direct the crew on placement preferences and sign off on the inventory checklist. If you cannot be present, you can designate a trusted representative to act on your behalf.
